Felt like being at home, nothing too much trouble

I had a wonderful time staying at Caravan Luxe. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, amusements, and places to eat. The caravan itself was lovely, spacious, and clean. The added bonus of two verandas was great, especially for my granddaughter who could safely play outside. There were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained, making it a fantastic choice for families with children of different ages.

I recently stayed at Caravan Luxe for a weekend getaway and I must say, the location was absolutely perfect. Situated in a prime spot, it was right in the middle of all the attractions and just a stone's throw away from the sea.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. The caravan itself was quite old and in need of attention.

The caravan's interior was clean and visually appealing. It is conveniently located near entertainment options and a delicious Chinese restaurant. The price was affordable for a quick getaway. The maintenance team promptly fixed any issues, such as a wobbly table.

The best aspects of our Easter stay were the location and the friendly owners. the hotel was conveniently close to the beach, making it easy for us to take walks and enjoy the seaside. the owners were very welcoming and helpful, especially when we needed assistance with the gas. They were responsive to our requests and even provided a clean kettle when we asked for it. we found the entertainment at the hotel to be enjoyable, and we were pleasantly surprised that we were not charged an entrance fee.

the kitchen and living area were not properly cleaned upon our arrival, with dirty cutlery, sticky surfaces, and stains on the crockery.

We got excellent value for our money at Caravan Luxe in Chapel Saint Leonards. The room was spacious and well-designed, with comfortable beds and a great shower. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and a lovely village nearby. The owners were friendly and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The site was quiet, and I particularly enjoyed the sound of ducks nearby. Despite the initial drawbacks, such as the funny smell and the dated features, the owners were responsive and explained the difficulties of repairs during the high season. I spent the first hour cleaning to make the van more comfortable and well-maintained. I would recommend this accommodation for its peaceful surroundings and attentive owners.
